My connection has been driving me mad. It's been as low as 1.5mb in the last 2 weeks. The best I can get is around 50mb and that's been the case pretty much since lock down started. I pay through the nose for this service and it has been great in the past. But if I can't get more than 50mb I may as well go to Sky or BT on a new customer intro deal and save myself hundreds of pounds. It's a wired connection. Ethernet from router direct to PC. Please help!
Power and noise levels look (mostly) OK, with some T3 timeouts upstream that may or may not be an issue. But your error numbers are astronomical - can you clear the error counters, leave it 24 hours and repost your downstream stats?
