I currently have the M200 package on a SuperHub 4 and am getting less than the minimum guaranteed speed and have been for about a month now.
Typically the speed ranges around 80-95 Mbps.
The main computer is on a wired connection using Cat 5e cables and has a 1Gbps NIC. Slow speeds also occur on wireless devices such as phone and laptops, so not a cable issue.
Have rebooted and reset the hub with no improvement several times.

What speed does it show in the connected devices in the Hub 4 settings ?
Is the NIC set to 1000/1000 ?
Have you tried a different cable ?
Have you tried a different port on the Hub 4 ?
Device Speed on the Hub shows as 1000Mbps
NIC is set to 1000/1000, confirmed in network properties
I have tried both different cables and different ports, have also tested a wired connection with my laptop on all the ports with the same results.
Previously I had achieved 200+ Mbps on the existing cable and set up, speed has dropped rapidly in the last month or so. below are some speed test results from the past month:
