M200 customer Max download speeds Very low

Hi,

I have a Hub 3, previously the 2 and I have to say I had no issues with that model but I have followed all the instructions given to me. Rebooted, replaced, check connections and nothing is improving my download speeds.

What do I need to do because I have run out of ideas.

See below for speeds I took at 21:00

Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1 for modem mode . You shouldn't need log in, select the 'Check Router Status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs? Please copy/paste this data as text, split between multiple posts (Sometimes you have to click 'Post' twice due to an error message).

Could you please create a BQM (Broadband Quality Monitor) here, and post the live link?

Ok, your HUB stats actually look ok, however the BQM doesn't look great.

We'll need to leave it to mature for a while to see the full picture.
