M200 Super-Slow DL, and failing UL (<0.1Mbs) - London W13

Evening All!

Suddenly last week it's dropped off a cliff, and has become effectively unusable 😞
Hoping the folks here can assist, as this seems to be a way common issue in 2012!

FWIW I've done full local tests/resets and factory resetted my HUB3.

Please advise - as (like nearly everyone here)  I've got online schooling and me and the Missis working from home 😕

BTW - I'm using a single cable from my HUB to a laptop for the purpose of this. i.e. Wifi is eliminated from the equation. Thanks!

I've logged the issue with VM - Is anyone able to comment or provide advice on my ticket please?   I've posted days ago.

I logged the issue with VM, got a technician booked, and then got tthe message :
"We've put your service on hold while we investigate a network problem affecting your services. We'll update you when this is fixed"

SO i reckon Ive done all I can - but still no interweb at home, nor no date to resolve. 😬

Meantime i did the 'thinkbroadband' monitor thing below...
