M200 Intermittent Speed Drops

I am on M200 and usually get maximum speed, wired connection. However, after 24-36hrs my speed drops to 40mb (speed test) and 17mb on PS4 (also wired). I have to then reset my Superhub 2. This restores the speed back to max on both devices (219 Mbps download speedtest). But once again, after a day or so, it drops and I have to repeat the process.

Is there another way around this?

Thanks.

Re: M200 Intermittent Speed Drops

Speedtesting via a console is never accurate.

Re: M200 Intermittent Speed Drops

Yeah i'm aware. I always speedtest from my PC. It's just I notice the speed drop on my PS4 as well so thought I'd mention it. I also lose connection from my PS4 intermittently. "lan connection has been lost".

The main issue is the obvious broadband speed drop after a couple of days and the restoration after a reset. I can't keep doing this every time.

Re: M200 Intermittent Speed Drops

Set up a Broadband monitor @ https://www.thinkbroadband.com/  it might show any problems you're having

Your Upstream power levels @ around 50 dBmV seem too high.

Best wait for one of the Forum team to advise

Re: M200 Intermittent Speed Drops

I'm receiving the superhub 3 on Thursday after speaking to online chat. I will see how I get on with that.
