My 100 Fibre is only giving me 2.6 Mbps for several hours now.
The service status page says no issues but if I run the network test it tells me there are issues and there seems to be no way for me to notify Virgin of the problem?Note: This is direct ethernet connection to RouterThis isIS there something further I need to do ?CheersJohn

I’m in Aylesbury and have exactly the same issue. Currently getting 2.5mb on M100. Service status says no issues but test reports issue.
Same issue here in Manchester. Sometimes getting less than a mb
