M100 very slow - Is Virgin aware of issue?

Hi

My 100 Fibre is only giving me 2.6 Mbps for several hours now.

The service status page says no issues but if I run the network test it tells me there are issues and there seems to be no way for me to notify Virgin of the problem?

Note: This is direct ethernet connection to Router

IS there something further I need to do ?

I’m in Aylesbury and have exactly the same issue.   Currently getting 2.5mb on M100. Service status says no issues but test reports issue.

Same issue here in Manchester. Sometimes getting less than a mb
