M100 slow speed

Hi,

I'm working from home with remote access. My hub is connected via an ethernet cable. My usual speed and productivity has been stunted by slow broadband speeds over the last two months.

I've just done a speed test and the results are: Ping 37ms, Download 15.06 Mbps, Upload 8.71 Mbps

I'm not a techie but pretty sure this is too slow for a M100 package that I'm paying for?

How can I get the speed up to where it should be please?

Regards

Re: M100 slow speed

Yes. Because you’re connection is being router out wherever the VPN server is located and is probably bandwidth limited as well.

You need to speedtest wired direct to the hub and not on any VPN

Re: M100 slow speed

I've just run a speed test without the VPN

Ping 11ms Download 111.72 Upload 10.03

You don't need to tell me, the VPN is slowing it down, thanks.
