Lower download speeds, just upgraded to Giga1

Hi, I upgraded my broadband to Giga 1 this week with the new Hub 4 installed.

Although the download speed/upload speed overall have increased it is not meeting the minimum average speed especially connected directly through an appropriate ethernet cable. 

I attach a report of my downstream and upstream data.

Through research my upstream data seem to be appropriate which correlates to the minimum speed for upload to be appropriate. 

However download speed is not adequate. Currently it only goes up to 300mps MAX but can drop to 200s. My download / downstream power level appears to be off the ideal range and wondering whether this is causing my download speed to not be even the minimum speed expected for virgin internet on Giga 1 . I would greatly appreciate the help and consideration of whether an engineer needs to come to our neighbourhood to adjust settings or if there are any other particular reasons to why despite having giga 1 upgrade and not reaching even half the required minimum speed is an issue for me.

+please may i also add that my wifi connection is far more worse. on phone it is only 55mbps and my wifi connected second computer is 20mbps on a Giga 1 package!!!!!

Your codeword and snr numbers are okay, so the downstream power is not the reason.

Any suggestions to why download speed is severely under the minimum requirement? To be honest I upgraded from m350 and I don't think I was reaching it back then either.
