Low upload speed since Saturday 22/10 - CV3 2HR area

Hey, postcode is CV3 2HR

Usual download is around 900mb/s and usual upload is around 50mb/s.

Since Saturday, the download has been normal, usually around 800-900mb/s during a speed test.

However the upload has gone down to anywhere between 0.5mb/s and 8mb/s, down from the usual (and consistent 50mb/s upload) I’ve been used to.

The service status check on your website does not say there are any issues in my area, however after clicking on ‘Still having issues’ and ‘broadband’, I get the following message;

’Looks like there are issues in your postcode affecting your services - There’s a broadband issue in your area and our technicians are on the case to fix things’

Phoning 150 on the virgin landline also gives a similar message about an issue in my CV3 2HR.

Just wanted to confirm that the issue of super low upload is known in my area (CV3 2HR), to ask if it is being worked on and what the ETA is as I’m currently experiencing occasional packet loss on Discord and having issues streaming with the restricted upload and it is making it an issue to do things I’m used to doing on my usual 900mb down and 50mb up connection

Thanks in advance

Seems fixed as of today, upload back up to between 40-50mb/s.

Something I forgot to add too, there’s 0 ping/latency issues, constantly low ping the entire time with 0 spikes, just consistently very low upload (and way below my usual upload) since Saturday, causing smallpacket loss on discord voice at points, and when uploading pictures it’s noticeably slower than usual due to very low upload, and streaming on twitch/discord is way worse due to low upload
