Had virgin hub 5 put in today and next to the hub I get nearly 400mb . In my gaming room upstairs I’m only getting 22mb download speed so games are jumping any ideas how to sort it

For wifi VM see speed not latency or jitter as 20Mb being fine so if you want a stable connection use a wire

VM only guarantee 20Mb speeds over wifi, so as suggested a cable solution would be best.

You could also look at the Wifi Max solution from VM https://www.virginmedia.com/help/wifi-max

It's free on the top tiers and VOLT, but is £8 pm otherwise.
