Thank you for your stats, looking at these you have a problem on your down most of the channels are too low on SNR. Certainly this can be caused by noise ingress can you go around and make sure that all the coaxial connections to all VM equipment are finger tight once that is down power off the hub for 30 secs and back on, wait for the light to stabilize if that doesn't resolve the issues then either call in on 150 or wait for a VM staff member to pick up the post.

Thanks for posting and I am sorry for the low broadband speeds. I've ran a background check here and can see your area has a congestion issue that's causing this. F006921780 is the reference for this. The estimated fix date is the 29th January 2020.
