Low Upload Speeds

Hi there, 

Been having issues with upload speeds over the past couple of days, it's not making things completely unusable but things are taking a while to initially load etc. 

Just posting on here to see if there is anything I might have missed before giving them a ring next week if there is still problems. 

I've ran speeds tests over the days and its been < 1Mbps most of the time (Usually around 0.05/0.04) it was okayish 3Mbps around 8sih this morning then dropped quickly again. 


Here are the upstream stats from the Hub not sure if these help -

I've run the trouble-shooter and it can't see any issues in my Area (W7) or any issues with the connection. Would it be possible for someone to take a look or suggest something to try please?  Hub has been rebooted, my router has been rebooted, everything looks okay outside and the download speed is generally okay in tests (or at least been 150+) so it looks like it might just be a line or upload issue?
