Low Broadband Speed

I was upgraded to M100 from M50 a while ago. The speed check was at 100 download and upload speed was good. 

Over the past 2 days, download speed is around 40. Upload speed seems ok.

I have check connections and reset the hub numerous times. 

Service check and speed test (VIRGIN MEDIA)  state no problem. Independent tests all say its very slow.

Help needed please?

Firstly - what Hub model do you have ?
Are you testing over wifi or via ethernet cable.
If wifi - try again on a computer/laptop wired directly to the Hub with Cat5e/6 ethernet cable with the Hub switched into modem mode. Report back what that gets.

I have the superhub and have ordered the new one. I have just retested on hard wire and it is now back up to speed. 104 mMbps. It was half that over last 2 days also on hardwire.

We'll see how it goes.
