Loss of service

Hi there,

 

Virgin media has been down all day, both broadband and TV. I can see it's a known fault. 

The app tells me to log the loss of service but that page seems to be down. Can anyone help?

Try the automated status line, which is often better for street/postcode-level faults. 0800 5610061
