Having regular issues with loss in connection, dropping and coming back. Any help would be appreciated.

In the first instance try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.

Your log looks like the Hub is struggling to maintain a connection to the VM network, and this is shown as packet loss on your BQM.

Phone this in, or wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up.
