In the first instance try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.
Your log looks like the Hub is struggling to maintain a connection to the VM network, and this is shown as packet loss on your BQM.
Phone this in, or wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up.
