Ive had solid 1gig speeds for aslong as ive had the service, but in the last 2 weeks or so, i keep getting packet loss, followed by my internet dropping out. When it comes back up it will not go any higher than 90 down and 40 up. If i reboot my modem its fine for a day, then does the exact same thing. Any help would be appriciated.
My modem info:

Dropping back to 90Mb/s in the downstream often means a network cable that has come loose or gone out of spec and is de-rating from 1000Mb to 100Mb/s. Restarting the kit may well clear the issue but only for a short time.
Looking at the stats, the 4 upstream channels are all below the preferred power range of 35-49 dBmV, but the good news it they are all on QAM 64 which is the correct rate. Perhaps you are close to the street cabinet and your Hub does not need to transmit any stronger to deliver a satisfactory upstream signal.
