We cant reach out to you by phone, neither we can make ourselves heard here.
I would like to point out to a major risk which might be affecting large fraction of the community here :
as you are not fixing our network issues, we cant work effectively (even at a minimum level) and we cant deliver our works to our employees
If this situation continues for another few days, there is a risk that both me and my girlfriend might loose our jobs!
Could you please either (i) fix our issues or (ii) acknowledge that you cant resolve the problems and terminate our contract so that we can switch to a better internet provider?
We appreciate the current circumstances due to Covid 19, but when Virgin Media technician tells us that he could not identify any problem (!) while we dont have ANY internet, then I dont appreciate this approach!
