Less than 1Mbps on a 200Mbps line

My internet speed has been abysmal for the past 2-3 weeks. Seeming to get progressively slower each day - dropping to 15 to 8 to 5 to 2.5 and now to under 1Mbps. Just done a speed test and got 0.93Mbps. When you're working from home, trying to use remote desktop software, it's causing all kinds of headaches.

I've done all the usual troubleshooting steps (rebooting, wired connection, etc.) and nothing improves.

Hopefully someone can help because this is driving me nuts and it's next to impossible to speak to anyone via phone at the moment.

I don't like the look of the Post RS Errors. Can you power off your hub, check that all cable connections from hub to wall socket are tight and reboot the hub. Post your downstream, upstream and logs making sure to mask any WAN IP address. Also check your speeds with a wired connection using speedtest.net.

Already done all of the above re: checking cables, reboots, etc. numerous times. Doesn't help. This PC is always connected via wired connection, so that's not an issue.

Other requested info to follow.

Although your power levels are within spec there is a problem because the Post RS Errors keep rising. a VM tech needs to be sent round to investigate.
