Latency / packet loss

My Broadband service is M350.

I've got the router in modem mode and when the connection is stable everything is fantastic, but at the moment the connection is just awful... 

From an end user perspective it is constantly freezing up, buffering etc. Makes working from home very difficult, especially on conference calls, meeting etc...

Attached is a snap shot for the past 24 hours from BB Quality monitor.

I've tried everything at my end: rebooted everything multiple times, reset the router, checked and double checked all the connections... I'm at a loss and it is impacting my work. Does anyone have any insight into what the issue could be?
