Latency and packet loss causing issues

It’s another thread about latency and packet loss causing issues with VoIP and games.

I’m finding ping hitting 1000ms+ during the day which just isn’t acceptable, especially while trying to work from home.

I was planning on upgrading to gig1 but I assume that’ll have no effect as my speeds are still good and it’s just the latency and packet loss causing all the issues.

Any suggestions other than to wait for who knows how long?

So having been told there's high utilisation on my road and there's been no change to the internet

"There is work currently being done to fix your area and on out system is says:

Estimated End Date

14:55  21 April 2020"

My BQM is still utterly horrendous - any updates?
