Latency and drops

Hello. I'm happy with speed. But over the last few weeks I having drop outs and ping spikes in games. Especially from 5-6pm. Please someone help me to sort out this problem.

Your >> BQM << is showing high latency, it will need to run for another 12 or 14 hours to get a proper picture.

Looks like so many peoples having same problem. Tried restart router but doesnt help. All connections are tight. Need to wait VM staff answer

You can either call in (08:00 is the best time) or wait on here for a few days (6 to 7 days average) until one of the VM Forum Staff comes along.

If you wait on here Do Not bump the thread it will put it further down the VM 'to do list'.
