Latency Issues M350 Area 30

Hi,

I had a brief broadband outage on the 29th April but since that date the latency / lag has been constantly high to the point most things are just buffering and unwatchable.

Between 29th April 2020 and the 7th May 2020

The machine is connected via Ethernet in router mode and I have also tried restarting

the hub several times.

If anyone could offer any advice or the next step as we house bound for another 5 weeks minimum.

Hi kimpeck,

 

I am sorry to see the issues you've been having with your broadband service.

 

I just checked the back end of your services and I can see that there is currently an ongoing SNR fault which you are currently being affected by. The estimated fix date for this is Thursday 28th May.
