Are you still having issues with this when you have onyl 1 device connected wired or wirelessly?

I was still having issues, the hub is in modem mode, so wired or wireless is erelevent. i apologise for the delay in response as i was away for the weekend. I've reset the hub and ill monitor the numbers, and report back tomorrow.
Are the pre and post RS count still rising and speeds still down on headline?
If this is the case then without any evidence to suggest this is network related then the best course of action would be to arrange for a tech to visit to investigate.
