Ngl this is starting to be a bit of a joke I have had 2 months of terrible lag due to an over subscription it was sorted for a couple of weeks now I am having the same issue this is ridiculous

Two possibilities:

1) The over-utilisation is sorted, but your connection needs a technician to sort it out.

2) VM did absolutely diddly squat about the over-utilisation, and any appearance of improvement was coincidental.  In some of these case VM just sit on their hands and let customers pay for an over-subscribed network because there's too few consequences for the company.

Head to and setup a Broadband Quality Monitor.  Let that run for 24 hours, then select "share snapshot graph" and post the link (not an image) here and we'll take a look at what's going on with the latency on your connection.
