For the past month or so I have frequent lag spikes while playing a game, Heroes of the Storm. It happens at least once every match (a match is usually around 20-30 minutes). It doesn't last very long but it's enough to get really annoying.
I've looked through some posts here and people often seem to request the following:
Most probably a noisy line, judging by the upstream T3 timeouts, and the very high post-RS (uncorrected) errors on the downstream. I'll flag your post for staff to advise, sometimes that's an area problem with a known fix date, but if it is unique to your connection then it will need a technician visit.
Looks to me from the pre-RS (corrected) errors the hub has been rebooted relatively recently (?) the only other things in your control are a pinhole reset of the hub (loses any custom settings unless you use the backup and restore function under the hub's admin menu) and to check that the cable and coax connections between hub and wall box are good. I'm guessing you've tried all of that in the past month?

Thanks for your posts and welcome to the forums! Sorry to hear of the lagging you've been experiencing this does sound frustrating.
I've just had a quick check of the account using the details you've registered to forums with and currently, there doesn't seem to be any work in the area affecting things and the levels of the hub are all within spec. I have noticed that's the hub has been running online for a few weeks so may be worth rebooting, although I appreciate that you've observed this issue for longer than that. The pin-hole reset is a good next option as suggested by Andrew, please let us know how you get on with this.
In addition, does the lagging you've described occur only with this game or has it happened with any others? Does this usually happen around the same time - evening/ mornings?
Are you aware of any other devices also experiencing issues?
I've only experienced this while playing this game, but I haven't been playing anything else. I do stream movies/shows as well as work using this connection though and I haven't noticed this issue in any other situation.
It seems to happen whenever I play it, regardless of the time of day or day of the week.
I'll try the pinhole reset and play again later today, and I'll get back to you, thanks!
