I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with your Wi-Fi being intermittent. I've had a look on our end and ran some checks and I can see there are some issues with the Wi-Fi Range. There are various factors that can affect Wi-Fi, such as wall thickness and signal interference.
Have you tried our VM Connect App to identify any blackspots? You can find the app here. If any blackspots are detected, the app will provide information on how to improve the service.

Are you able to acquire or borrow a 3rd party router, with AC WiFi to test? 9/10 it's down to the Hub being in router mode, serving internet and WiFi at the same time, it's horrendous and it's not built to cope.ISP provided equipment isn't up to par at the best and using it in modem mode with a 3rd party router will overall sort your problems out.
I know you're thinking "Why should I have to do this?" Well it's a step in the right direction and you're not going around in circles with VM and them trying to flog you those pods.
