KT8 Area - Consistent underperforming speed in wired mode - under 100MBPS

Hi All,

First time posting here but been with Virgin Media since it's start and before when it was actually NTL.

The past 2-3 weeks My speed has dropped consistently below 100mbps at all hours in wired modem mode - and has regularly been around 60-70mbps. My current package is M200. 

Could someone have a look and let me know what their thoughts are on my link? Is there over usage in my area?

Looks like a connection issue. All your down power levels are well below the recommended minimum of -6dBmV. You up ones are all up at the max too. And there are RS errors on the low numbered down channels

You will need to call it in as tech visit will be needed.  Calling at 08.00 midweek (09.00 Sun) is the best time to get through quickly. Although some people are still reporting getting through fine at other times with no long waits
