Issues with Upload Throughput

Hello,

New to the forums but I thought id post here as the answers seem far more sensible than the support over the phone. 

I am currently on the 350mb package, and at best the upload is hitting around 12mb tops on a speedtest, this has been as low 0.61mb at times. however that's not the only issue, whenever I upload any large amounts of data, a few gb's shall we say, it instantly falls over, no upload speed what so ever. Its almost as if the amount of data I am pushing is too much for the router/connection to handle and causing an over utilisation issue. I am not sure that's the issue, but I am struggling to understand what the issue is exactly.

I will post some logs though. Any assistance is appreciated.(Sorry had to post logs separately, kept saying it exceeding character limit, apologies)

You will need an engineer out, as your downstream is on the high side.
