Wanted to see if anyone can look into this issue please as this is starting to make video conferencing calls a little difficult. Area code is 30 - Nottingham
2 days ago starting around 9am till 10pm latency start to increase. I have restarted my router.

Can we please confirm if this is through wired or wireless devices?
Have you already checked our service status page for any known area issues? You can also run tests on equipment through this page if you can do so and let us know what this reveals.

Thanks for getting back to me. Things seem to have stabilized over the past few days so I am hoping what ever cause this issue has been resolved.
