For almost a week now my speed as been consistently below 50mb when I have the m200. This is almost half the minimum guaranteed speed but find it impossible to speak to anyone on the phone. anyone aware of other options for getting this fixed?
thanks for the reply. Even on wired the speed is 20mb. When the internet was first installed three months ago I was getting approx 200mb when using Speedtest.net on my laptop, so do not think it has anything to do with the capabilities of my laptop.
Have you checked the 'Check Service Status' at the top of the page ?

I've checked the system today and all the levels are in spec, no issues are showing. I do hope therefore everything is resolved for you.
The system has however advised there are a few devices too close to the router, which could be causing an issue with the bandwidth. Could these be moved further away from the router, or connected via Ethernet?
