HI,

My Hub 4 has been stuck on a solid green light for a couple of days. I presume this is a software update but surely it cannot take forever to download.

Could this be looked into?

Also could someone confirm if the following power levels are within tolerance? Recently my download speed has been going down to 9-10mb but upload has been stable on 50mb.
