Hi, I am wondering if my HUB 3/Virgin are causing issues with the network. 5GHZ is available but sometimes there is no connection once connected. This is using an r7000 router with the hub in modem mode.
Soon after this issue both bands disconnected/no wifi and I plugged in an ethernet to the router and no internet so that would assume the router isn't outputting anything. Thus no internet fullstop! I checked the hub.
I tried to check the hub, red light still on but i couldn't log in. I rebooted and logged in and turned into standard mode and did a speed test at 210mbps which is what we're supposed to get. The r7000 is brand new so i hardly doubt it's that that's the problem. considering i had to reboot the hub...
Any ideas? Appreciate the help guys. I'm not very clued up on all this as some may have gathered! We have had an engineer out 2/3 weeks ago to check the channels and these have supposedly been sorted but i've no idea.
