Internet went off here is my log

Was In the middle of an online game and internet went off for all devices 5/10 mins later still no connection

Looks like a poor connection, but there's a lot more data we'd need - post up the rest of the Network log data (not just the visible window - scroll down to select, or use Ctrl-A to select all) and the tabs titled Downstream and Upstream.

Thank you for your post. I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you've had with your broadband.

I have been able to locate your account on our side and I have been to take a look at your levels. It looks as though everything is as it should be. 

Are you still having issues with this?

setup a BQM

you may also need to look at getting your own router with 1Gb ports and put hub in modem mode.
