Internet struggling to get even 1/10th paid speed.

I have noticed my internet from around the start of the year has been struggling. Ive tested my speeds on both wireless and wifi and they both average around 6mbs download but 10mbps upload. Please find below the details from my router.

One of your downstream channels appears to have bad SNR, causing the 1,000,000's of errors

It was rebooted within the last day, possibly about 7 hours ago.

0345 454 1111 from any other UK  phone.

The best time to call is weekdays 08:00 to get a UK agent, anything after 10:00 you must realise that you are quite likely to get through to an offshore agent that doesn't speak English as a first language.

Or you can wait on here for one of the VM Staff to pick up the thread but this may take a few days.

I'm sorry you've not been receiving the speeds we'd expect. We'd like to help.

 

I've taken a look at your services, and I'm not able to see anything that would be causing an issue from here. Your downstream channels have all gone back to normal since posting.

 

Can you please let me know if your speeds have improved too?
