Internet speed way below expectations


I am experiencing internet speed way below what’s expected for the last month. I am a new customer and frankly quite surprised to see that’s there is no way to contact Virgin Media customer care. I have done everything possible described on their website and cannot find anyone to speak to. It seems that their messaging and live chat features are deactivated in addition to their complaints page.... could someone please advise me on how to proceed from there? Thanks!

Unfortunately they are very busy currently, best time to call is at 8am or hang around here for a few days and someone from the team should be able to assist.
