Internet speed fault

Hi,

i have iPhone as I was getting a very slow internet speed for Dow kind as low as just 0.10mbps which it ridiculous as I am in Madeira using MEO network, but I don’t think my iPhone is using Madeira network as I am sure I still with virgin mobile. Two day it’s was Los Angeles network at first which I not located there at all it’s wrong. See speed test report as I think a fault with the network between the uk & Madeira Portugal. Has there been a speed problem which the strength was strong on my iPhone as download speed is too slow of 0.10mbps?

Could they investigate the fault please.

Good Afternoon Andrew,

 

Thanks for your post and I hope Madeira is treating you well.

 

Virgin Mobile would not be able to diagnose a slow speed issue to an iPhone from a mast in a country other of the UK as we simply don't have any information on masts overseas.

 

Have you been experiencing this issue in multiple locations and multiple different networks? It might be worth performing manual network searches and seeing which networks you can connect to and then run speed tests to see which one is best suited to you.
