Internet slow and house congested

Recently upgraded from 350-1000Mb

Not seen huge changes but it never seems to get there above 650 when wired wondered whether one of you heros could have a look for me

Hi binzie,

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you are facing slow internet and congestion.

I was able to locate you on our system with the details we have for you and wasn't able to see any issues at all our end.

Please can you add a BQM so we can see in a little more detail what is going on, also if you can add your Router stats this will also help us help you further.

Your router stats all look good. Try a new ethernet cable. Also do a speed test in modem mode. 

Post a Live Link to your BQM.

You should do a wired speed test using https://samknows.com/realspeed/  so we can see what speed is going to the hub

Are you able to try the fixes advised by @jpeg1 as well as providing the live link. Can you also try the speed test as advised by @newapollo
