My internet has really slowed down the last couple of weeks. I work from home so its important that i have reasonable internet. I am on M100 contract. An engineer visited us this Monday - no change. he suggested boosters - dont know - cant get through via phone to help desk..
we all use the internet via wireless but using ethernet cable makes no difference even if i connect directly to the Hub (3.0)
WHen i run a speed test the download speed can be from 20mbs to 50 but upload speed is always less then 2mbs.
I am on a 350Mbps contract and my speedtest hasn't been above 7Mbps download for weeks now. Can't get hold of support as the phone cuts off after 60 mins waiting. Truly pathetic customer service and for over £110 per month.
