I have had a look at things our end and all your downstream power levels are out and a couple of your upstream too, please can you check all your connection are hand tight including the one in the brown box on the wall, once checked if loose tighten to hand tight reboot and see how that goes.
I had Virgin about 4 year ago and experienced a similar problem so I cancelled and went with sky.
I will try all you have said tonight when I get home.
The connector coming into the house looks worn and battered. The cable running across my garden is under tension and about 5 inch off the floor in places.
I told all this to the sales person on the phone but they did a line test and assured me everything was good and I could have the "quick start setup" and if their was a problem a engineer would come out to solve it.
I also experience good days and bad days with the connection.
