Internet keeps dropping out

At around 4pm most days my internet becomes very intermittent and drops off to the point where I keep dropping out of teams calls. It is becoming more and more frustrating when trying to work from home.

Are you connecting on a wifi or ethernet cable connected device?

If wifi - can you try on a cable and see if that remains stable? That will allow us to pinpoint whether the issue is due to a poor connection to the VM network - or just a poor wifi signal.
