Internet keeps cutting out and slow when it is on!.

So I have had this issue of my broadband either cutting out or rubbish speeds, it's been happening for about 6 months now.... so last month I upgraded my package to 200mbps broadband thinking that maybe it was because we had a lot of devices on it, since upgrading the issue seems to be worse! Constantly cutting out so I am having to use my mobile data, and when I am connected it slow! 

I have followed virgins fix guides like find the happy place, check connections, reset the router .... no joy with any of this.... can somebody from virgin please help me rectify this as for the last 6 months I am paying for a rubbish service that I am not even getting!
