Internet dropping

Have been having issues with my internet the last few weeks with the connection just randomly dropping on me, its a pain in the ass filing out web forms and the internet goes down and i have to start all over again! this is everyday it is happening now sometimes multiple times per day. I have tried to run the Test your equipment option on the website but that thing never EVER works. Have restarted the router a few times and does not help, i am using a wired connection but the wifi also goes down.

I am sorry you've been experiencing drop-outs.  Can I ask if your whole connection is dropping or is it the WiFi signal only?

The whole connection drops wired and wireless, yesterday the connection dropped more than 10 times

Hi, 

Hoping you can help, I am experiencing the same drop in connection which is a nightmare for working from home at the moment, constantly getting kicked out of meeting with clients. 

Have checked threads on topic and thought I would provide the information from the router (modem mode) but I don't think it is the same as the info looks different but this only started happening a couple of weeks ago and happens every 5-15mins have restarted router too many times to count and check my network information regularly and there is nothing to indicate what is causing the problem. 

Please could someone take a look at this for me to help?
