I’ve been having problems with my internet connection recently, While I’m still connected to the WiFi, the internet speed drops to zero or close to it intermittently. This can last for a couple of minutes and then it’ll go back to normal. I’ve installed a new hub after contacting customer services about the problem, but it has made no difference. I’ve checked the service status for my area, it says there are no known issues.
