Internet Speed

For the last week virgin medias internet has been really slow and unworkable. I can accept that there might be a fault but what i cannot accept is that you just can't get through to anybody to get help.If it is the pandemic causing their rubbish service then that should be reflected in the charge for their service.

Which Hub do you have ?

What is your contracted speed ?

What speed do you get at >> speedtest.net << with a direct connection using a Cat 5E/6 cable between the Hub in Router Mode and a 1Gbs capable Pc/Mac/Chromebook and no other devices connected ?
