Internet Speed is so inconsistent

My internet speed is all over the place. I have a Super Hub 3.

I've never had any issues before, but we've just moved house and now the speed ranges from 200mbps to 1mbps.

This happens from minute to minute, making connection to the remote desktop my wife uses for work impossible. She basically can't do her job. Zoom calls are also impossible.

I've reset the router via the pinhole, and still the problem persists. The status page is saying there are no issues locally. It must either be the router or the broadband coming into the house. 

Please can someone help!

It "could" be a poor connection somewhere, so firstly, can you check that all of your coax cable connections are in nice and "finger" tight - at the Hub and wall box and also at any connectors etc. Ensure there are no “unterminated cable loose ends ore loose connectors. Disconnect all the connections and reconnect to be sure. Also check that the internal wiring is ok with no kinking or chaffing to the insulation, check that all looks good with the outside cabling and wall box too.

Can you then post up the data from the Hub settings as per many posts on this forum.

The wiring inside and out all looks fine. There hasn't been anything which would have changed things, at least not inside the house. 

This is the BMQ data from the last four hours or so. I'm sure it will mean more to you than it does to me! It feels like there is an especially high level of packet loss, averaging at least 10% over that time.

I can see it now and it looks absolutely dreadful ! We need to see those Hub stats - do it as per this procedure.

In your browser’s URL box type in http://192.168.0.1  (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode) and hit return. On the first page up [there should be no need to login if you have done so before unless you have the New Hub4 when you do] click on the “router status” icon/text at bottom-middle of first page up and then copy/paste as “Formatted Text” (not images) 3 FULL sets of data onto here – 2 pages from the Downstream, 2 from the Upstream, & the Network Logs page. Don't worry too much about the formatting it can be easily read & DON’T include personal data or MAC addresses - blank them out - if you copy/paste the data, the board software will do this for you (you may need to click the "submit" button again. Or split into 2 posts if characters get exceeded.

As said... but you have logged in at least once before and altered the password from the default on its sticker - havent you ?

If not do so and then log out and disconnect - reconnect and it will appear at the bottom of the page

Final thing to say is that our Virgin Media TV is being effected too. We are having lots of pixellation and the picture cutting out.
