Internet Slow/Dropping Out

Hey guys, first post! 

The past week I have had my internet completely cut out for a few seconds every few hours, I've also experienced DL speeds drop to 3mbps where they are normally around 100mbps+. 

I've tried a factory reset of router, tried ethernet only, Wi-Fi testing etc. but nothing seems to fix it. Network log seems to match errors with when service drops out.

Still having the same issue. Sometimes hitting 350mbps but mostly just hitting 3-7mbps down.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community.

 

I am sorry to hear that you were having some broadband issues over the past few weeks. Are you still having issues since posting? I've had a look at things this end and can't see anything out of the ordinary with you hub stats ect. Everything all is green as expected.
