Intermittent slow upload speed

Hello, 

Been having real problems with the Virgin upload speed and there is no known fault in the area. 

This seems to be an intermittent issue ; had this problem on Saturday morning, and now again this evening. 

The upload speed is anything from 4-7mb then 0.05-0.15mb where it remains for some time. 

Please can someone advise. I work from home covering out of hours calls and need to access patient records, which I'm unable to do with such slow intermittent speed.

Thank you for your post. I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with your broadband speed. 

To confirm, is this on a Wired or Wireless connection?

Can you confirm the device you ran the speed test on?

Thank you, Martin. 

It was on two wireless laptops and a phone. 

The test was also ran on these devices. It's still an ongoing issue.

I am sorry this is an ongoing issue. I have checked our systems and can see you have not rebooted in 34 days, could you please reboot and let us know how you get on after the reboot.
