Intermittent packet loss to some sites

Hi I'm in area 24 and i've been experiencing intermittent packet loss to some sites.

This started on 31/10/20 with the past 3 days being particularly bad.

I've been running continuous ping tests to various IPs out on the internet today and while some are experiencing ~60% packet loss, others haven't dropped a single ping.

Youtube is buffering often, my wife's work vpn is frequently disconnecting but my work vpn is absolutely fine...

I was going to post some pathping data but the packet loss has suddenly stopped for now. I will update the post when I manage to capture this.

Here are some live graphs where you can see the packet loss for the past 24 hours.

Re: Intermittent packet loss to some sites

Can you please

Type 192.168.0.1 (192.168.100.1 in Modem mode) into your browser URL bar and press enter.

Hub 2 & 3 When the page appears DO NOT LOG IN but click ‘Check Router Status’.

Hub 4 When the page appears LOG IN then click ‘Check Router Status’.

Copy and paste the contents of the Downstream, Upstream, Configuration and Network Log tabs onto here, if you get a yellow / straw box warning click the Post button again. Use one post for each tab if you wish.

Please do not use screen grabs.

A Guru will be along soon to decipher the info.

Re: Intermittent packet loss to some sites

Hi UhtredtheBold

Thank you for posting to the Community.

My apologies for the delay, we have been a little busier than usual at the moment.

I have taken a look from our side and everything appears to be running in within spec.

How has the service been since you last posted please? Have you noticed any improvements?

If not, please let me know and I will be happy to assist.

Thanks
