Intermittent internet drop outs for over 6 days

Hi

I keep experiencing intermittent internet drop outs. These tend to be short (30-60 seconds) but are a nightmare because I can't do any video calls for work. I have been working from home for 7 weeks with no issue but the problems started 1 week ago. Nothing has changed in my set up. I am experiencing the problem on my laptop via VPN but also on my mobile with no VPN. I am experiencing the issue across different VC software (MS Teams, Bluejeans, Zoom).
