Intermittent buffering (Twitch / Youtube etc)

Been with VM a long time now and its been rock solid, However the past couple of months I've noticed that when watching Streams, Such as Twitch the quality will keep going terrible (like 360p) then back to high quality (720/1080).

Same with YouTube sometimes it will go from 1440p down to a lower res then back up again.

Also slow speeds during peak hours, Sure a speed test will report I'm getting close or faster than I'm paying for but browsing wise it feels slow at times.

anyone else having this issue?

Try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.

Post the power levels, Pre and PostRS errors and network log from the Hub.

Also setup a BQM to monitor your circuit www.thinkbroadband.com/ping

Once done we can comment.

Thanks for posting, and sorry to see you've been having some connection issues. 

I've had a look at things from our side, and can see there is a short-term connectivity issue. So once this issue is resolved, you shouldn’t have any other connection problems. Please check your connection over the next 24 hours and contact us again if you’re still seeing problems after this.
